NEED ADVISE! Strobes set-up for my Olympus E-PL2/OEM Housing

I plan to set-up the strobes for my Olympus E-PL2/OEM housing,
1. which strobe I can use, Inon D2000, S2000 or Z240.
2. I noticed that D2000 not come with diffuser, is it really need for underwater photo shooting.
3. what arms size is the good combination for macro & wide shooting.
4. what is magnet/magnet screw on Inon D2000 strobe.

1. All the Inon strobes will work with the EPL2.
2. You can buy a diffuser for the D2000 for $20.
3. I like a 3' or so arm. There are a ton of options.
4. It has to do with syncing the flash in Manual mode I believe. If you buy one you can let everyone know!
