Need advise, specs provided.

Ok now that I am feeling more and more comfortable in the water I am starting to shop for a camera to document all the cool things we go diving to see.

So my question is this.... I am looking for a camera that is at least 4 mega pixels
Has Macro Features
Has External Flash Features
(Are Telephoto Features even an option underwater?)

And knowing nada about underwater cameras, looking for a good FAQ on what to look for and avoid in underwater cameras.

Can somebody help school this newbie?
