Need Advice Please

I just purchased the B2 & Z1 as an alternate. The mouth piece on the Z1 is too small to use my surgical tubing rig (it just falls out even when I made the loop smaller).
Does anyone have any ideas? Thank You.

You could attach it with a second tiewrap.
