We will be going on a cruise november on the Allure of the seas, we will dock at Labadee, Haiti 8am to 5pm , Falmouth, Jamaica 10 am to 7 pm, Cozumel, Mexico 8am to 7 pm. Can anyone give advice on dive shops to use at these locations. Also the ship leaves out of Fort Lauderdale at 5 in the afternoon Iwas also thinking about diving there also any advice.THANKS

In Cozumel, I recommend Scuba Mau. Labadee is royal's private island, so I don't think you will be diving there (unless the ship offers a dive excursion). Can't help with Jamaica, sorry...

Falmouth is a new Port for cruise ships. There is only one dive shop there (and I will bet it is used by the cruise line - so they won't take you as a diver from the ship). Falmouth is close to the wall of the Cayman Trench - so diving should be good.

I have located a Dive center called Scuba Jamaica: Jamaica SCUBA Divers - A PADI Gold Palm Diving Center with three locations from Negril to Montego Bay to Ocho Rios.

Does anyone know anything about them? I too am doing the same cruise as Joel Smith the starter of this thread.

I have contacted the operators, they said they would pick me up and drop me off at the ship in Falmouth. "More than likely the best place to meet us will be on the steps of the FALMOUTH COURT HOUSE (the steps facing the Ocean).
We will wear a shirt that says Jamaica Scuba Divers so you can identify us."

They go to Runaway Bay, the cruise line dive goes to Ochio Rios, 37 miles as the crow flies. 45-60 minute trip one way. Runaway Bay is only about 16 miles from Falmouth. The dive is 2 tank costing $120 USD. I would appreciate feedback from anyone having experience with this operator.

Thanks in advance:cool2:!!
