Need Advice on Classes

Nope! No inferences were being made about you at all; just a general observation of many attitudes that are out there.

And I agree - there are still many excellent instructors who tend to have a bit of an "old school" attitude, and for them I am very thankful.

I will agree with you on some people and their attitudes, but then again I think with diving there are some who do like the quicky classes just because they want to try it on specific vacation trips and that's it, then there are those who dive every chance they get. As for me I think I'm going to shoot for the latter..


Pipedope, I totally agree with what you mentioned on the diving and classes.. as that's what I really want to shoot for... not certain at this time how far I want to go yet, but I'd love to get to a place where I can dive around wrecks and some caverns and also do some photography... that looks soooo cool.
