Need a Dive Checklist anyone got one?

Doing my rescue diver cert tomorrow and I feel as if I am forgetting something. Anyone have a link to a dive checklist or something I could look at please?

funny I thought I was the only one who had a checklist.
i'm always afraid I'll drive all the way to the keys or somewhere and forget something at home

Discovery Diving has a really nice one on their web site. I have used it for a Keys trip and liked it. I'm going to use it again when I dive with Discovery next month.

I have a list I keep in my log book that has a grid that I can check off as I pack my gear. I use it going to the Shop also.

With mine, I put it in one of those clear plastic paper holders, then use a viewgraph marker.
