Need a dive buddy in Central California

I live in the foothills in California and most folks around here don't dive. No close shops. No outlet. I'm always looking to log bottom time. I am no expert or even advanced. I'm a safe partner and I'm just looking for anyone to maybe set up weekend trips to coast or locals who just want a new buddy.
