Since you've posted in the AquaLung space I have to assume you are looking for AL 2nds.
The LX series of 2nds are balanced and some also have a cracking pressure knob.
If brand doesn't matter (the LX's are an Apeks product/design anyway) you can widen your choice.

If you are looking for AL, the ebay is your best bet, don't think AL sells the second stages seperately. Otherwise a Dive Rite or HOG would do nicely and are sold seperately.
