Isn't a regular service, but with O2 compitable parts, O-rings and O2 lube good enough since it's low pressure?

Mine is a Apeks reg.
And let's say use is for a 50% deco bottle.

Most I know dont O2 clean 2nd stages as they're low enough pressure.

But you do as you want :D

no

officially? yes.

do I or anyone I know? no.... Many use O2 compatible lube and o-rings because it's eaiser to just treat everything as o2 clean, but I don't know anyone that goes to the same effort as we do on our first stages

The inside of 2nd stage gets exposured to water, silt, maybe sand, I don't see how )2 cleaning it matters. It will just get "dirty" the very first time you use it

Apeks recommends it.
I use O2 compatible lube to avoid cross contamination from Si grease in all my Apeks regs(normal or deco). O2 compatible lube is expensive but only tiny amount is required so I keep it simple.

aww..isn't that sweet. O2 cleaning a second stage is not needed..

Okay, as suspected then. I'll just carry on with my regular services for my 2nd stages then :)

Thanks
