Any thoughts as to potential of this basic concept

The concept is not new. Underwater short-baseline acoustic navigation has been used very successfully in oceanographic, commercial, and military applications for decades. It is expensive.

I know the concept isn’t new and it’s still pretty limited even if the .9 mile range is a reality. I feel the concept is interesting, not enough at this point to put any money into it but still interesting.
