HELP!
Does anyone know the acronym for the following law used in Navigation and what it stands for?
_ _ _' _ Law.

Umm... I'd like to buy a vowel, please.

Can't help with the vowel, but I'm pretty sure there's an "S" in there! :D
I've searched all my manuels, magazines, and the internet. I'm out of ideas.

_ _ _' _ Law.

Fitt's (or Fitts') Law?

edit: oops, guess that isn't an acronym and I used too many letters.

Scooba, can you provide a general description of the alleged law?

I'm trying to complete my Advanced Test through SSI. Here is the question:
_ _ _' _law is very useful when navigating and stands for ___ ___ ___ ___.

We never covered it in class.

I wouldn't consider it a law but the only thing that comes to mind is TVMDC, true virgins make dull company. True heading - east variation = magnet + deviation = compass. You reverse it and change the + to- and - to + to go from compass to true heading

Thanks! I appreciate the effort.

I'm starting to think my Instructor made it up.
