Found on the Reefs out side of Wananavu Fiji in Pairs! They look like Mangrove Leaves and I have not been able to pen down the name of these beauties, thanks for any help!

Solenostomus cyanopterus
Lots of local variations: reds, browns and greens. Often has spots like yours that mimic encrusting algae. Found around seagrass and vegetable debris imitating a drifting leaf.
