The operator of an upcoming liveaboard trip in Egypt claims to have "15 liter aluminum" cylinders available. I asked to double check they aren't actually steel and they sent me the below pic and description. The manufacturer's website only lists their AL80s and smaller. I strongly suspect this is an AL100 (13 liters) and not 15 liters. But, Scubaboard seems to know all. So, what is it? And what are its buoyancy characteristics?

"we have on board 15 L aluminum tanks The manufacturer is Coltri Sub. Please find attached a real photo
Of our onboard cylinders.I am not sure if they are still manufacturing it or not But we have these cylinders long time ago."

most likely 200 bar x 15 liter which is roughly 104 cf. the 13 liter aluminum 100 tank is 225 bar (3300 psi). buoyancy will be most likely 1 to 1.5 kg positive when empty.
