We scooped this up in a net in ankle deep water in Panama City Beach. He was hiding in the seaweed. It was about 5 to 6 inches long. Anyone know what it is?

Thanks! We go all the way to Bonaire looking for a frogfish and find this one at our back door. Go figure!

Agree, saw a number of these in Hawaii caught in floating garbage.
