Name of bar on Grand Bahama?

Several years I was in Freeport & found this little beach bar through other guests at the hotel I was staying at,everyone just called it"Phil's Place".I know thats not the real name,it's the owners name from Boston if I remember right,anyways,I have some friends heading to Freeport& I told them you got to go and check it out,but,I don't know the proper name or even if it is still there,it was a bit of a drive from Freeport,somewhat remote.Sitting on the deck with wings,beer & dolphins swimming by great way to spend an afternoon.

I think you have the name wrong. Any idea where it was in relation to hotels.
