Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew of a place in the Nags Head area (even further south for that matter) where a small group (3 divers) could book for a day's diving on one of the wrecks? It seems like all the places I have found require charters of 6 or more, or only offer shore diving. I'm trying to plan a trip for next month and can't find anything. Thank you!

Head south to Hatteras. Look up Outer Banks Diving
Call ahead and Amy will let you know what kind of group is signed up for the days you are interested in. Their boat holds over 20 divers and is quite comfortable. I have been on the Proteus and the Dixie Arrow with them. Great dives and lots of sharks on the wrecks. Look here for photos from the Dixie Arrow a few weeks ago. Hatteras 2010 Diving | Facebook

When next month are you going? Still in the planning stages but I might be in that area Sept 6- 10ish. I am looking to do some diving as well.
