Nagoya based divers?

Hi all,

I have noticed some old threads about diving, and dive shops, in and around Nagoya. I have some friends who are divers, and it would be nice to meet up with others in the Nagoya/Aichi/Gifu area and start up a group of divers.

If it gets enough interest, we can start a Facebook page as well. Any takers?

Are all your diving friends based in Nagoya?

Yes in the Nagoya area.

I lived in Shizuoka for 6 years so I am familiar with that area but have never dove farther west.

Is there any decent diving in your area? I hear most of the diving in the Chubu area happens in Fukui or Mie.

Shizuoka has some good spots. I now live in Miyazaki and dive in Kagoshima

I was in Okinawa last weekend and had some very good dives at Cape Maeda. I imagine Kagoshima to have some good spots too.
