The date for the NACDs 45th Annual World Seminar has been set for the weekend of October 11, 12, and 13, 2013. As in the past, there will be a social on the evening of Friday, October 11, and the seminar will be on Saturday, October 12. This year, we will have plans on Sunday, October 13 where we solicit your feedback on existing and new training programs.
You can register for the NACD seminar by going to the NACD online store at www.nacdmembers.com. Cost is $40 for members and $50 for non-members. If you register thru the store during the month of June, the price is reduced 10% or $36 for members and $45 for non-members.
The fee gets you:
1. admission to Ginnie on Friday night (October 11 from 6PM until...) for the social which includes food, sodas and water, a band, the chili cook-off, and a chance to meet and greet old and new friends;
2. admission to the seminar on Saturday (October 12 from 8AM to 5PM) at the Paramount in Gainesville. This will include a t-shirt, coffee in the morning, water, the opportunity to listen to some great speakers, time to talk with vendors and sponsors, door prizes, and a chance for some raffle prizes. We have some great speakers and vendors (to be announced later); and
3. admission to Sunday's event at a location to be announced where the NACD will roll out some new training programs and ask for your feedback on these and also our existing programs.
We can use volunteers for the social and the seminar. Please contact me if you can give us some of your time.
See you in Gainesville,
Sandy Robinson
