NA under name?

I was going to send a PM to a member and when I clicked on his name that option, which is usually there, wasn't and then I noticed under that persons name the letters NA. So does that mean they are "Not Active" at this time or something like that?

It means they've been banned. Either temporarily or permanently.

So they won't be able to access the board to read your PM.
