Can anyone identify the make/model of this booster?

It looks like a Haskel air amplifier, not a booster. Amplifiers are not a good choice for boosting breathing gasses as there is no seperation between the cylinders. All Haskel boosters have visable head studs and no fins on the barrel. An amplifier would be ok for argon or any non breathing gas.
