Unfortunately, kimmie, it wasn't me!! It was friends of mine therefore I too am extremely jealous. This WS was apparently swimming behind us on our very first certified dive but we didn't see it. *groan* I WISH.......

:p

Hi Alison,

I really enjoyed your photos. I must admit I am computer illiterate and trying to learn. I have also been trying to post some photos, but I have been unsuccessful in getting the link to appear in this message box. I have tried dragging the "favorites heart" in AOL but it won't work on this board (even though it works when I drag it to an e-mail). If you could give me some pointers I would appreciate it. Thanks,
Laura

Alison,
Those pictures are awesome. Loved them. Wish it was me out there.
Thanks for sharing.

Laura,

To provide links to your photos, do the following:

  • 1. Upload your photos onto the net. Remember the location where you are storing them (the "http://www...." stuff).

    2. Type your message here, and when you want to reference a photo, type the entire "http://www..." stuff into your message. As in "http://www.scubagirls.come/keralucu/awwws.5.jpg"

    3. The message server will interpret the address you typed to be a link and make it "clickable".
That's pretty much it. If you need more help, click on the "faq" icon on the upper right of the page and read the information about [red]vB code[/red]. Or ask more questions =-)

Well done, LS - and you're never too old to learn something new!

A slightly quicker way to do what TexasMike said is (once you've uploaded the pics etc) just highlight the URL (http://www... etc) part and then paste it into your message - you can do the copy & paste part by right clicking your mouse....

Hope to see some of your pics soon too.
:)

Well, I'm actually still not sure I did this right, can anyone out there actually view my photos?? I am trying this again. Pics
