My scuba related birthday cake!

Hi all, i guessed this is the right section for posting this

I turned 40 the other week, and my amazing girlfriend had this cake especially created for the occasion! It tasted as good as it looked too

I wish i knew, it was a surprise! I believe it is a local lady to me who just does this from her kitchen, but that is about all i know
