I have been looking at the Oxycheq Mach V for quite some time now as I always wanted a BP/W setup but I never really committed to buying one.
Then I noticed they were available in red about a year and then dissappeared in that color again...
I really really really wanted one in red and started shopping around for one and finally found one from CaveAdventurers, Edd offered me a great deal that I simply could not refuse for a complete package with SS plate and hog harness and SS cambands!
Now I finally got it in the water at Blue Heron Bridge yesterday and even though the visibility was pretty bad I was extremely delighted with the setup.
No more bulk!
No more tank "shuffling around" on my back!
Everything is ALOT more streamlined than before ( I had an Aeris Atmos XT), so diving it pretty much felt like free-diving wearing nothing at all.
Buoyancy control was a breeze and I could effortless hover around in the water taking pictures inches off the bottom.
For everyone thinking about getting a BP/W...don't delay you won't regret it!
Some pictures:
(oops...sorry about that drysuit hose dangling!)
Thanks again to Edd from CaveAdventurers for getting me that great wing in RED!
