I just wanted to let you know that I dove my new (RG-3500 ) Hurricane set up this weekend.
The dive site was Lake Pleasant in Arizona, water temp 53 degs. F with 25 ft vis.
Maximum depth was 76 ft, avg depth was 46 ft. (stats. taken from my Nitek Duo )
The set up consisted of the RG3500 with 6' hose, RG2015 octo, and brass spg.
All I can say about this reg. is that it is my new favorite reg.
This set up gave me all the air I could ask for, and the ease of breathing was the best I have ever had.
The only thing I didn't like about the reg was the second stage mouth piece. The mouth piece is too small, I much rather the mouth piece form the 2015 octo. When I get a little time this week, I will be removing the mouth piece and putting on the larger mouth piece from another 2015 that I have sitting around.
This reg was $4.00 short of being the perfect set up this past weekend. After I put the new mouth piece on this week, it will be perfect.
So all I can say is keep up the great work.
Thanks, Jim Breslin
