My Christmas present. Oh, yeah!

Well, my wife gave me my Christmas present early so I can plan and be ready.
On the 27th, we drive to the Hood Canal Marina and spend two nights in this houseboat complete with spa. Then the next morning, about ten steps away, go on a 2 tank dive with Pacific Adventure. Maybe a night dive at Octopus Hole, a soak in the spa and another night on the houseboat.
The next morning, we drive to SeaTac and fly to (drum roll, please)... Monterey CA. We'll spend 6 nights at the Portola Plaza Hotel (nice!). I'll take all my own gear, except the two steel 85s I'll rent at Aquarius. I'll beach dive Thru & Fri, then take the Monterey Express on Sat (New Years Day) and Sunday for a couple of 2 tank dives. Beach dives again on Monday, then turn in the tanks, fly back to Seattle and drive back to Spokane.
