My cast is finally off

Today my doctor removed the case from my right hand and forearm. Even though he had given me a "waterproof" cast with which I was able to dive, it was very inconvenient. My hand and arm looks bad and smells worse. Now I've got to learn to bend my wrist again. Gosh it hurts to do so.

Note: My wrist joint hurts, my finger joints are sore, the skin on my forearm is blotchy and itches. Except that its been 2 weeks since my last dive (and a shallow one at that), I'd be worried about the symptoms.

Broke wrist right . It took almost 6 months after the cast was removed till everything was normal again, and about 10 years till it didnt bother me any more.
