You'll want to make a full list of everything you have and price each item. If it's well priced, it'll go fast. Make a couple more posts, then you can add photos which is a HUGE help in selling. As the ad appears now, you're just doubling the work and time.

it is very uncomfortable for members to purchase from brand new members who are only looking to sell something but your story makes sense. also, are you a diver or are you selling it for someone else? if you need assistance, post pictures of each item and we can help you with explaining what each is and a reasonable price ... sorry about your friend.
