Multi logins for Padi e learning.

A bit of a quandry.
We are a family of 7 divers or wanna be divers.

We have one computer. So far four of us have padi e learning logins and passwords.
The Padi e learning system will not/does not allow more than one person to log in using the same e mail address but we are out of e mail addresses. How do we get the other guys log in's amnd passwords to get started with their e learning ?
Yes we could create a new e mail but I don't want to clog the computerup with junk e mail addresses and the associated endless junk mail

Why not use something like a Gmail account. Nothing on the pc, all web based

Could you just set up a gmail account for each person? It would not clog up the computer. Nothing is actually on the computer unless you put it on. It stays on the server. You can read and delete it there. And at some point everyone will need their own account anyway. This is one of the reasons I like our system. No on line for basic.OW and so I can allow a family to decide how many text books they want to buy. Each does need their own workbook but they should anyway.

I guess this is the same thing. Just that each has their own log in. If its for kids just make sure you have their logins and passwords written down. Or get another computee in the house. Will everyone be on the courses at the same time? That would be a pain with that many people. I would have to seriously look at getting the kids their own laptop or two. They are really cheap now if you find sales. And kids should have their own for school anyway by the time they enter high school or they are lost these days.

hiya jim--Im bottom of the world in unzud so even laptops aren't cheap. At the mo we have 4 qualified divers and two wanting to do JOW -but 2 want to go from OW to AAW etc etc. To be honest Jim Im all for plain ol book learning rather than online but they will do their actual OW dives whilst on vacation so the last thing they want is school work

If you do use a gmail account, you can try multiple "different" addresses on the same account...

if scuba@gmail.com is your address, you can use scuba+eldestchild@gmail.com, scuba+youngestchild@gmail.com etc. Wordpress recognizes these as different emails, and when mail is received to them, you can sort it accordingly... I'm not 100% sure that PADI.com would recognize them as different addresses, but it's worth a try! then you'd have a single email account with multiple addresses attached to it.

Each of you will need your own email account to capture your eLearning record. Gmail, Yahoo and others allow you to have multiple addresses. Using either Gmail or Yahoo for email won't "clog" your computer so you're good to go.
