MR 12s convert from yoke to Din

Guys, I have an older but in great shape Mares MR12s first stage regulator. I would like to know if a conversion kit is available for this model. Thanks

Hmm, tried to find one on the net, no success. Didn't look hard through.
Conversion is pretty easy if you have a suitable yoke wrench.
I have a spare (Mare sold to a friend). If you can't find one we can work out a satisfactory price maybe?

Reviving an old thread because I have searched the world for one of these. Looking to convert a 12s yoke to din. It seems the Mares part number is 416804. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
