MP-1 handheld lights - BUYER BEWARE !

I am sorry to report that I have been stiffed by the makers of the MP-1 handheld lights.

The lights did not perform as indicated by the company. After expressing my disappointment, they told me that I could return it. After not receiving the refund for over two weeks, I contacted them. They SAID they mailed the check. Hmm. They said they would mail another check but I have not received anything from them.
They did accept my lights back, but they will not answer any more emails!

So I highly recommend that you avoid this company unless you are willing to lose your money!

thats crap to hear, hopefully by the looks of things i hope they get no more peoples money, its the least they can do is return your cash.

Yep, I agree. Both the president and vice-president refuse to answer my emails, as well as emails directed via the website.

Now I have to figure out what other course of action to take to get my money back. Is there an internet oversite agency or something like that?

depending on the amount.... small claims court... no lawyer required.... just provide your own documentation and the judge will make the call.
