Move and Delete Pics

Ok, I have a couple of questions:

1) Why is there no "move" function to relocate pictures in the our galleries? To copy and delete is a lot of work.

2) Why don't I have permission to delete my own pictures?

I have no had problems this week in deleting pics or entire albums. What happens exactly, in detail pls...?
