I recently bought a Brinyte DIV10V and was trying to figure out how to mount it to my Backscatter Tray.

Brinyet has a Ball Joint which can be purchased separately

Image attached.

I am trying to figure out the best way to mount the torch to the tray with or without this.

If I use this, then would the Ball Joint be compatible with the Backscatter Tray? I am just confused as to how to attach it. Worst Case Scenario I leave the goodman handle on and hold the tray with the Torch in my hand.

Hi Ankush, If you get the ball joint for your lights, you can try putting a ball mount on your backscatter tray like this one

Ultralight Hot Shoe Adaptor with Ball

Then add your lights with a ball clamp like this one

Ultralight New Style Clamp with 1/4-28 thread

This will give you a sturdy setup for lights to your tray.

You can always add flex arms or ultralight arms like this one to add more space

Hope this helps
