I own a 1 bdrm/1 bath poolside condo at the Morritts Tortuga Club on the East End of Grand Cayman. We are not able to use it as often as we'd like since moving to Hawaii. Grand Cayman has some of the best diving in the world. Tortuga Divers is on the property, making it easy to go diving. Just walk out your door to the pier and get on the boat. This is a floating week yearly plus a bonus week. The bonus week can be used for any size unit, all you pay is the maintenance fee for that size unit. Maintenance fee is $620.00 a year. Developers are selling units for $12,000 - $15,000. I'm looking to sell if for $2000.00 plus $300.00 for transfer of deed. Use would begin 2008. If you've been to Grand Cayman and love it as much as we do, you'll want to be able to go back year after year.
