I think these Ukranians are here permanently as refugees probably living in the Bay Area somewhere. They probably came up for the weekend? They loved their “Ikra” (urchin caviar).
The old sorting board was made out of old redwood fence boards and was heavy and not that big. This one is 8’ long and cut from a sheet of 1/2” plywood so it’s bigger lighter and stronger. 4 people can work it.
