Diveheart is participating in a research study with graduate students
in the occupational therapy program at Midwestern University in Downers Grove. They are looking to hear from people between 12 and 21 years old who participate in Diveheart who would be willing to complete a short survey. The purpose of the study is to explore
and learn about the impact participation in adaptive sports has on self-efficacy for adolescents with disabilities. If you are interested in participating, please email
