Nice pics SBM. I really like the peeking catfish.
 
I was feeding one at Vortex for a photo student. Got a little frenzy going and next thing I knew he had my whole finger in his mouth. The little teeth were like sandpaper and it didn't hurt until he started spinning. What was weird was the blood at 55 feet. Kind of green and it congealed into droplets. Finger felt like it had been grated.

I liked the one Yoda did with its mouth open too. The picture of the little sole is kind of spooky.

It was a lucky shot, I saw one catfish on the rock and I came in behind it taking a picture right away. To my suprise, I actually got a decent pic of the school, and not just fish-butts. Tried to repeat, but failed :D

yeah, well, like my grandfather used to say, never trust an eel: they are snakes
with an attitude and feeding on the brain.
