Monterey Video

I posted some screen caps from this in the general area, but then saw this area, so bear with me, I'm just so proud of this one.
I took this footage of a harbor seal that came up and played with me for a while last weekend at Monterey. Was the best I've been able to get so far. 20 minutes of this MORE than paid for the camera if you ask me.

It's 3 megs, so it takes a few to load.

That's some great footage. I would love to see some seals one day.

It's always such a thrill when you're just hanging out and you get "investigated" by a sea creature - one of my best memories is a green sea turtle swimming right up to me and bumping the lens of my mask gently - apparently this particular turtle likes to see her reflection in divers' masks.

Lover's #1. The bathhouse would be just to the left off camera. The land you see is the jut out between Lover's 1 and 2.

Those Grey harbor seals like to swim around divers near those rocks at lovers and they try to keep on your back side - your video is very nice as you capture them.

I didn't take the video but another guy on the boat did, this is what got me into UW Vids...

Wish I was back to play with this guy again!
