Thanks Soulfish....I'm headed up that way next week, I'll be checking in on this every day....

This is nice, I emailed some a shop out there asking about conditions as i was planning on being there at the end of the month. They wouldn't even tell me conditions. I felt they thought I'd think it was too cold so they just said, "Have you ever dove cold?" Which I have so I don't see why the woudln't answer. Oh well, I've this this site now and won't need to worry about them.

Great Information thanks.

Happy Diving

If you want to see realtime conditions and forecasts. You can go to the Aquarius website and see various links to conditions: http://www.aquariusdivers.com/html/weather_info.html

I use it days before and right before I go out.

I mainly check out the following links. Gives me a good idea of what's out there and what is forecasted to be out there:

Monterey Buoy Wave Height / Long Term Swell
Today' s Wave Model
Three Day Wave Model Forecast
FNMOC Wave Watch 3 -> North Pacific -> Significant Wave Height (ft.) and Direction
