So I got these fins, used, last night and there were mold stains on and inside one of the foot pockets essentially around the heel opening.
I brushed on some Hoppes #9 solvent and let it sit for a few minutes then brushed away on all the spots with soap and water (very stiff gun cleaning nylon toothbrush).
The staining remains, just curious if there is no longer an issue with this. Basically is it just a stain and no more mold / mildew?
What else should I do?
