Crystal Bay, Nusa Penida, Bali, Indonesia, is known for Mola Mola cleaning station. We dove there on 12 September 2025 and saw 3 of them, including nudibranch called Miller's Nembrotha, Shorfin Lionfish and schooling Bigeye Barracuda.

Great footage @Dan !!! Great viz & conditions too, by the looks of it.

That looked like the 2nd corner, same area where the Great White showed up a few years ago. That 1 Mola put on a show for you all! I seen a few Molas at that same area, same depth not so deep also, and 1 Mola pretty much did identical act, was comfortable with divers and hung around for a while & put on a show, then made a beeline towards the surface. I wonder if it was the same Mola.

Seeing Mola Mola around Crystal Bay is nothing exciting except to some divers for the first time.

So many divers around them. The divers presence or behavior doesn’t annoy them ?

True, was 22c when I did the dive for Mola there. Was a little nippy diving in my t shirt and shorts though.

@Dan thanks for sharing your video. Great stuff

16°C was my coldest there, in month of October. I heard 14°C from an instructor, was his coldest there. Usually for me, September's the coldest month.

You were lucky. It's never been that warm yet for me. 18-21c
