That should get their attention.

During Desert Storm, our psyops people would have an aircraft distribute leaflets warning the Iragi's that they were about to be hit with the world's largest conventional bomb. The B-52 would drop the bomb, and a third aircraft would drop more leaflets suggesting that the Iraqi's surrender if they didn't want another present the next day.

Entire units surrendered on the spot.

I wonder if this is one of the conventional warheads in our arsenal that is large enough to EMP enemy electronics (a cute little side effect usually reserved for nukes). We could also use them to shut down the Iraqi C3I in fairly short order, especially if we managed to break the string on the two cans that SH uses in place of a telephone.

I am trying to imagine the test video of that thing. General Dynamics makes up some cool stuff. I am thinking a few will be reserved for SH's palaces and that tin can phone he has.

I heard a story once: An iraqui prisoner during the first gulf war had surrendered because of a B52 strike. His unit wasn't hit, but a friend of his visited a unit that was. That was enough to make this guy and who knows how many others surrender
