Quick question - what's the difference between MK2 and MK2+? Is there a different service kit for MK2+?

No service kit difference..

Think the Mk2+ has an additional LP port.

I'll take a guess that it has something to do with the TIS system, but that's a guess. As far as I know, only the MK2 plus is currently sold.
