hp and lp port holes are standard size for all regulators. just go to your local shop and ask them for some. probably free, maybe a couple dollars.
If you cant get them from LDS then try ebay. I have a heap of spares I keep for when I start changing configuration. As posted, they are all the same, just 2 different sizes, HP and LP port covers.
