I don't think I have heard much good about the Mk10+ in terms of any real improvement over the Mk10. The improved seat is the same as the Mk20/25 and should help with IP stability but if there is nothing wrong with your Mk10 piston, it is a pretty good expense for little to no performance improvement. Also, with the Mk10, each kit has 3 HP seats and you can usually use at least 2 of them in any given Mk10 with shims.

The upgrade kits do show up on ebay from time to time.

I did upgrades when they first came out and regretted it as the seat materials were not great. After they improved the seats, I converted them back but recently I checked the health and status on my Mk 10 stage and deco regs and the only ones that were problematic were the ones with the Mk 10 plus kits. I am probably going to convert them back to normal Mk 10 status as they are still more reliable.
