Just started looking into putting together a video setup, and could use some guidance on how to mix/match lights and arms. It's unclear as to whether you can use certain arm types and lights together.

For instance, if I wanted to use BigBlue lights such as the VL2800p...

...what are my options for "flex" arms?

And does that impact my choice of trays?

Looking to put together a flexible all-purpose GoPro two-light set up... do I need to dial in lights first and then back into arms and then tray?

I personally use a german ULCS-clone system for my photo gear and planning to use it for the gopro as well. Speaking of trays, probably mine would be a total overkill for the tiny camera alone, but there are plenty
smaller options out there. I my gopro was the only camera in my rig, I'd probably go with something like this.
