Checked luggage missing on flight MAZ-SJU
- Hollis SMS100D - H-rigged harness, two shoulder pull dumps, Dive Rite ring bungees
- XDeep EDDY fins - Orange
- BigBlue - camera tray, 9" float arms, 9000 Dive Lights
- Pelican 1626 cases - 2ea
- SlipIns dive skins - 3ea
- XS Scuba 3/2 shorty 4XL

Eventually the two cases were located in San Juan. They were flown up north, and delivered to my home (160 mile round trip from airport).

I never had my bags "just gone missing": the couple of times it happened, it was flight SNAFUs where the bags didn't make it to the plane we were rerouted to, but so far home delivery has been my experience. Except the one time when I asked them to deliver to the local airport instead, and they agreed.

Got lucky, SJU is a known airport for baggage thefts. At this point when traveling all of my baggage have airtags in them. Not just checked bags but also carryons bags in the cabin (they too are subject to theft).
