Looks like the best opportunity will be the 6th Street Reef in Pompano Beach. Easy swim out from shore (weather dependent of course). Heard from some friends it's well populated right now!
My advice...
1. Take a drive there in advance. Parking is limited... you may need a drop off or some other Plan B.
2. Get there early on Dive Day! It's not a secret spot... the parking will go quick.
3. Know the weather in advance.
4. Be prepared to be greeted by the FWC upon return. Double check your catch on the bottom before it goes in your bag. A ticket for a short or egg bearing female can ruin your day. Make sure you have your license and lobster stamp.
Have Fun!
