mike fletchers fins on dive detectives

Yeah Plana was the first thing that came into my blurred brain.

mares plana avanti fins. used to have a pair. good for frog and flutter, a powerful fin, not the best for helicopter or back kicking in my opinion. However a good fin for free diving dolphin kicks and general recreational diving.

Really? I've always wanted to meet the guy. Not only does he have an awesome job, but he gets to do it with his kid. I'm pretty darned envious.

I don't know him well, but have met him a few times. The owner of the shop that I work for know him pretty well, and I have dove with him a couple times this season. I can honestly say that he is one of the most down to earth guys I've ever met, absolutely no ego at all.
