You don't have to be a diver to start... but you have to be willing to learn and make a commitment to the job. If you're already a diver - that's a huge bonus, but you need to be ready to take the next step up the ladder and become a Dive Master or Instructor. All the while you'll be running a retail store and be responsible for all aspects of the operation. When it's time, the ownership will have you take over the wheel and promote you to Manager. From there, the sky is the limit. There is the potential to buy into the store and become an owner.
To start as an Assistant Manager you will work a 37 Hour Week (Tuesday through Saturday) 11 - 7 Tuesday - Friday and Saturday 12 - 5. You will have off every Sunday and Monday. No late nights and never a Sunday. Starting pay is $10.00 per hour + a 3% commission on all sales you ring into the register. You'll also receive two weeks paid vacation, FREE SCUBA training certifications, discounted or free travel opportunities and the chance to live and work a dream job learning about the underwater world.

If you've got a sense of adventure and are tired of that college schedule or that job at Walmart...you just cant sit still and want to get outside a little more... this is for you. To give you an idea... I quit college - it sucked. I now run two successful businesses... so I don't give a crap if you have a degree or not... but you must be honest, dependable, hardworking and a go-getter. If you are... you can end up the manager or even co-owner of one of my businesses and within a couple years be making $60, $70, $80 thousand dollars or more.
