Hi doc,
if we have joint injury and still continue diving,will we have more chances to have 'micro buble' in the join???and cause bend in the future.

Injury

It is movement that causes the formation of cavitation micronuclei. That is the hypothesis anyway. Injury would not affect this process. In fact, I might imagine that an injured joint would be moved less because of pain.

When we look at injured joints, one is more likely to consider edema (swelling) and a change in circulation of the blood. It would be these factors that would probably be more important than micronuclei in this specific case.

That would be my guess anyway.
